This page describes how Little Beats handles your information. It is written by the practice, not by a third party.
What is kept
Contact details you send us, your child's age, and brief private session notes used to plan the next session.
Who can see it
Only Fatima Faisal. Nothing is shared with your child's school, your family, or anyone else without your written permission. Nothing about a child is ever posted on social media or used as an example. The one exception, standard in child mental health work, is a serious risk of harm to your child or another person — in that case we would talk with you first wherever it is safe to do so.
Messages you send
WhatsApp messages and emails are held in those services and are subject to their own privacy terms. Please share only what you are comfortable sharing before we speak.
This website
This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no advertising trackers. Fonts and images are served from this site rather than from third parties.
How long notes are kept
Session notes are kept for three years after the last session, then securely deleted.
Asking for your information
You can ask what is held about your child, or ask for it to be deleted, by emailing hello@littlebeats.pk.
