What Little Beats is
Little Beats is a play-based wellbeing space where children learn, grow, and express what they are feeling. Play is how children this age talk. We meet them there, and we help you understand what they are telling you.
If any of this sounds familiar
What you might be noticing
this is a normal week for a lot of families
- Meltdowns that last longer than they used to
- Not wanting to go to school
- Big worries at bedtime
- Sudden anger, or going very quiet
- Struggling to make or keep friends
- A change at home that they haven't talked about
None of this means something is wrong with your child. It usually means they are feeling something they don't have words for yet.
Step by step
What Little Beats offers
Emotional Wellbeing sessions
One-to-one play-based support for children aged 4–12. Through purposeful play, art, and creative materials, children explore their emotions, build confidence, and develop skills for their overall wellbeing — without needing to find the words first.
Speech Language sessions
One-to-one certified speech support for children. Covers communication, language development, and expression. Delivered in the same warm, child-centred environment.
How a session works
Step 1
We talk first, without your child.
A free 15-minute call so you can describe what's happening and ask anything you want.
Step 2
Your child comes and plays.
No pressure to talk. The room has games, art materials, and space. 40 minutes, usually weekly.
Step 3
You get context, not a report card.
After sessions, you'll understand what's driving the behaviour and what helps at home.
Step 4
We keep going as long as it's useful.
Sessions are usually weekly. We review together, and we stop when your child is ready.
Session fees
Emotional Wellbeing sessions
Rs. 3,500 per session
Rs. 20,000 / month (twice a week)
Speech Language sessions
Rs. 5,000 per session
Rs. 25,000 / month (twice a week)
Please reach out to share your child's age and the service you're interested in — we'll help you find the right fit. ♡
About
About Fatima Faisal
Founder, Little Beats · Wellness Counsellor · Certified Speech Language Pathologist
Fatima Faisal founded Little Beats on a simple belief: every child deserves a space to feel heard, understood, and supported.
Fatima holds an MSc in Child and Adolescent Mental Health from King's College London and a degree from Queen Mary University of London. She is also a certified Speech Language Pathologist and works as a Wellness Counsellor, supporting children with their emotional wellbeing, communication, behaviour, and development.
Her work with children began through one-to-one mentoring at Jubilee Primary School in London with ReachOut. Since then, her studies and practice have deepened her commitment to children's mental health, early intervention, and creating spaces where children feel safe.
Fatima started Little Beats because children do not always have the words to explain what they are feeling. Often, they communicate through their play, their behaviour, their creativity — and the small moments adults can easily overlook. When we pay attention to those moments, we can make a real difference in a child's world.
Sessions run in DHA Phase 5, Karachi, Pakistan, in English and Urdu, by appointment only.
